Real estate has been a lifelong interest for me, rooted in curiosity about how people live, how neighborhoods evolve, and what makes a place feel like home. As a kid, I was fascinated by houses, streets, and architecture, often exploring different neighborhoods and imagining the stories behind the homes I saw.

That curiosity eventually led me to study architecture and urban planning at UC Berkeley, where I developed a deeper understanding of design, land use, and the forces that shape communities over time. Today, that perspective informs how I approach real estate: I don’t just look at a property, I look at the neighborhood around it the long-term potential, and what it would be like to live there..

Having lived in the Bay Area for more than 40 years, I have watched its neighborhoods transform, grow, and reinvent themselves. From San Francisco’s historic urban districts to the Peninsula’s diverse residential communities, I have a deep appreciation for what makes each area unique and what draws people to call it home.

I bring that perspective to every client relationship, helping buyers understand not only the properties they are considering, but also the lifestyle, opportunities, and possibilities that come with each location.
