About
Real estate has been a lifelong interest for me, going back to childhood. Even as a kid, I was fascinated by houses, neighborhoods, and architecture. I loved exploring different streets, noticing how homes were designed, and imagining the stories behind them.
That interest led me to study architecture and urban planning at UC Berkeley, where I developed an understanding of design, land use, neighborhoods, and the factors that influence how communities evolve over time. My professional background in planning and development has given me a unique perspective on real estate. I look not only at the home itself, but also at the broader context of the neighborhood, the the community, and the long term potential of an area.
I have lived in the Bay Area for more than forty years and have watched its neighborhoods change, grow, and reinvent themselves over time. That long connection to the region gives me a deep appreciation for the character and diversity of Bay Area communities, from historic urban neighborhoods to quiet residential enclaves. I enjoy helping clients not only find the right property, but also better understand the neighborhoods and lifestyle that come with it.
I work as part of a team with Matt Flynn at Park North Real Estate. Whether working with buyers or sellers, we bring a combination of market knowledge, design awareness, and genuine enthusiasm for homes and architecture. We believe real estate is about more than transactions. It is about helping people find a place that feels right for the next chapter of their lives. Let’s work together!
